I'm Rukeya Mall

Founder of CoCo Africa Hub

Helping women build real, income-generating online businesses.

I didn’t start this journey because I had everything figured out.

I started because I saw how many capable women were stuck, working hard, learning, trying, but still not seeing real results.

Not because they weren’t good enough.
But because they didn’t have structure, direction, or a clear way forward.

Over the years, working in systems, operations, and business strategy, I kept seeing the same thing:

Most women already have what they need.

They just don’t know how to turn it into something that actually works.

I truly believe that when women have access to money, resources, and the right support, they create ripple effects of change that uplift families, communities, and entire economies.

That’s what CoCo Africa Hub is here to change.

We focus on helping you take what you already have and build something structured, something real, something that generates income.

With over 17 years of experience across financial services, operations, and business systems, I’ve worked inside organisations such as Rand Merchant Bank, Investec, and IQ Business, developing a deep understanding of how businesses operate and scale.

Alongside that, I built and ran a Virtual Assistant and business support firm for over 8 years, helping entrepreneurs structure, organise, and grow their businesses.

I am also a graduate of the UPG Biashara Entrepreneurship Programme, where I completed the programme with distinction and now serve as a Tribe Sherpa.

I’ve been selected into the LEAP Africa Leadership Accelerator and the UN SDG Africa Impact Accelerator Pipeline, where CoCo Africa Hub contributes to advancing women’s economic empowerment.

This combination of experience shapes how I design structured pathways that connect skills to income.
