Purchasing & Access

All Digital Products are purchased on a once-off payment basis unless otherwise stated.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your Digital Product or access within a reasonable timeframe where manual enrolment is required.

Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is accurate, as all access instructions and purchase confirmations will be sent to that email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our Digital Products, all sales are final.

Once access has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Course Access

Unless otherwise stated, your purchase includes lifetime access to the Digital Product for as long as it remains available on the CoCo Africa Hub platform.

We continually improve our programmes and reserve the right to update, modify, replace, or discontinue any Digital Product at any time.

Where a programme has been significantly updated or replaced, access to the updated version may be provided at our sole discretion.

Licence to Use Digital Products

When you purchase a Digital Product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own personal or internal business purposes.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the Digital Product or any associated intellectual property rights.

Unless we have provided prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any Digital Product.

• Sell, licence, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Digital Product.

• Upload Digital Products to any shared drive, membership platform, or public website.

• Share login credentials or purchased materials with any third party.

• Claim ownership of any CoCo Africa Hub content.

Each purchase is intended for one individual user only.

Templates & Business Resources

Our templates, workbooks, calculators, checklists, planners, guides, and other business resources are provided to support your own business development.

You are welcome to customise these resources for use within your own business.

However, you may not:

• Resell the resources.

• Share them with others.

• Redistribute them in any format.

• Include them within another product for sale or distribution.

Contract Templates

Our contract templates are based on South African legal principles and are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

They do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for obtaining advice from a qualified legal professional.

Nothing contained within our Digital Products grants you ownership of our intellectual property.

Unauthorised Sharing

Your purchase is licensed to one individual only.

Sharing your account, login credentials, downloadable resources, videos, templates, or any other Digital Product with another person is strictly prohibited.

If we reasonably believe that your account or purchased materials have been copied, shared, distributed, or otherwise used in breach of this Purchase Policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice or refund.

Educational Disclaimer

Our programmes, masterclasses, courses, templates, and resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

While we are committed to providing practical guidance, business strategies, and useful resources, we do not guarantee any specific business, financial, employment, or income results.

Your success depends on many factors, including your effort, commitment, experience, implementation, and individual circumstances.

Availability of Digital Products

From time to time, we may update, improve, remove, or discontinue certain Digital Products to ensure the quality and relevance of our programmes.

We reserve the right to make these changes without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoCo Africa Hub (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of any Digital Product.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Digital Product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Purchase Policy excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Governing Law

This Purchase Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of our Digital Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
